Kimberly Erickson

Chief Operating Officer

Kimberly brings over 25 years of experience to the LifeWell team. Prior to joining the company, Kimberly’s most recent role was Chief Operating Officer with Denver-based MorningStar Senior Living. While there, she helped lead an operations team through a period of extensive development and growth for the company. Kimberly’s years in senior housing have been defined by her love of seniors with a mission-based philosophy of service and a drive to provide exceptional service to seniors. Kimberly has worked in various community and regional roles in small and large senior housing companies throughout the US; starting as a nurse aid in college. It was her role as an Executive Director that truly gave her insight into the day to day operations of a community. She believes one of her most important roles as a leader is to support the front-line team. Having walked in their shoes, she understands that if they are taken care of and valued, they will in turn, love and care for the residents. Her belief is to create a culture that exudes warmth and passion to serve, combined with the ability to provide world class service. Through this commitment, the residents at LifeWell lead a Connected, Active, Purposeful, and Safe life. “Culture as we know is the foundation to success in our business, but it has to be more than words written on a piece of paper. You have to demonstrate this mission every day through humility and being intentional in how we serve our team members and residents.” Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from University of Colorado. When not at work, you’ll find Kimberly finishing her MBA at the University of Denver, and enjoying time with her husband, Craig, and their two children, Jack and Allie.

David Diamonon

Chief Financial Officer

A career financial and administrative management professional, David brings to LifeWell Senior Living invaluable experience gained while working in both the private and public sectors. Most recently, David worked for Chicago-based Amsted Rail and served as Country Manager for Ukraine. Initially, David was posted in Moscow, where he led the integration of a Russian acquisition into Amsted Rail's corporate structure, focusing on finance, accounting, and administration. During other overseas assignments, David managed privatization and economic development projects funded by the International Finance Corporation and the U.S. Agency for International Development. David also possesses consulting expertise, having worked for Computer Sciences Corporation on software implementations. Outside of the office, David spent his limited free time on developing the first lacrosse teams in Moscow and Kiev and competed with the Russian National Team in the 2014 World Championship Games. David holds a BA in Russian Language and Literature from Middlebury College and an MBA from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business.

Schon Alkire

Corporate Manager of Lifestyle Innovation

A graduate of Baylor University and a seasoned professional in the Senior Living industry, Schon joins LifeWell Senior Living tasked with creating and implementing industry leading programs, training, and technology. Growing up in Houston, Texas, after high school Schon had a successful career in music and ministry. He later owned and operated his own graphic design business and went on to become the general manager of W Promotions in Waco. Desiring to move from a production based business to one that focused on people, Schon began volunteering at retirement communities and soon developed a love for seniors. He obtained an Activity Director Certification and became the activity director at one of Katy’s finest and most technologically advanced senior communities. There, he excelled in implementing programs and technology that produced incredible results. Schon has unparalleled creativity and passion, which he uses to improve the lives of seniors by focusing on their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Alex White

General Counsel

Alex has served as a legal advisor for LifeWell both as an outside and in-house attorney for years. His duties consist of providing legal oversight for financing, corporate and general operational matters. A former Partner of Andrews Kurth LLP, Alex received his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana and his B.S., magna cum laude, in Finance from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.

Justin Yee

Director of Communications and Culture

A results-driven and experienced communications professional, Justin provides a unique approach as he ensures LifeWell Senior Living’s marketing and culture goals are aligned with the company’s vision. Justin sets the tone in establishing meaningful connections between all colleagues. He also supports local sales and marketing efforts that illustrate LifeWell’s positive, caring and innovative culture. Justin is a proud Horned Frog, holding a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University.

Christen Bigelow

Human Resources Manager

A seasoned human resource professional since 2008, Christen brings a wealth of knowledge and positive energy to LifeWell Senior Living. Christen is responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed to the company standard including HR administration, benefits, recruiting, HRIS, EEOC law, and reporting requirements. What makes Christen so successful is that she is able to meet multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with her positive energy and passion for serving others. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University.
