Kimberly brings over 25 years of experience to the LifeWell team. Prior to joining the company, Kimberly’s most recent role was Chief Operating Officer with Denver-based MorningStar Senior Living. While there, she helped lead an operations team through a period of extensive development and growth for the company. Kimberly’s years in senior housing have been defined by her love of seniors with a mission-based philosophy of service and a drive to provide exceptional service to seniors. Kimberly has worked in various community and regional roles in small and large senior housing companies throughout the US; starting as a nurse aid in college. It was her role as an Executive Director that truly gave her insight into the day to day operations of a community. Having walked in their shoes, she understands that if they are taken care of and valued, they will in turn, love and care for the residents. Her belief is to create a culture that exudes warmth and passion to serve, combined with the ability to provide world class service. Through this commitment, the residents at LifeWell lead a Connected, Active, Purposeful, and Safe life. “Culture as we know is the foundation to success in our business, but it has to be more than words written on a piece of paper. You have to demonstrate this mission every day through humility and being intentional in how we serve our team members and residents.” Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from University of Colorado. When not at work, you’ll find Kimberly finishing her MBA at the University of Denver, and enjoying time with her husband, Craig, and their two children, Jack and Allie.
